Currently, our firm represents many individual and Indian organizations including local Chapter governments. We have been in business as a Professional Corporation for years and Mr. Lee has practiced for fourteen (14) years. Mr. Lee has been admitted to several jurisdictions including the State of New Mexico, Federal District of NM, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Lee is licensed in several tribal courts including the Navajo Nation, Mandan, Hidatsa & Arikawa Nation, Fort Belknap (Assiniboine / Gros Ventre) Nation, Jicarilla and Hopi Nation.

Our clients include tourism businesses in which CJ Lee & Associates has represented from inception to successful entrepreneurial going-concern. Many of these businesses are family owned and organized as LLCs in order to facilitate seamless succession and streamlined management .

We also have clients with land issues ranging from trespass by large oil companies in North Dakota to complex environmental land disputes in parts of Indian country in Montana. We also have land dispute clients in the Navajo Nation.
